I am an International Real Estate Agent and Property Finder based in Italy, helping private clients and investors buy, sell and invest in residential, luxury and investment properties.Through close collaboration with my colleagues at Nest Seekers International, I also assist clients in finding and purchasing properties abroad, particularly in France, the United Kingdom and the United States. These relationships connect my clients with trusted local professionals and help Italian property owners reach a wider international audience of buyers.I am a licensed real estate agent in Italy and a member of FIAIP—the Italian Federation of Professional Real Estate Agents. I also hold a European Professional Card (EPC) recognizing my professional qualification for real estate practice in France.

Having lived in California for many years, and as both an Italian and U.S. citizen, I bring an international perspective and an understanding of the expectations and practical needs of clients purchasing property in another country.

Earlier in my career, I worked for several years in a legal office in Rome, where I dealt extensively with property purchase and sale deeds, mortgage deeds and related documentation. This work gave me a thorough understanding of the contractual and documentary aspects of real estate transactions—a foundation that remains central to my work, particularly when guiding international clients through the Italian purchasing process.

Alongside residential sales and property searches, I work on selected off-market opportunities, including hotels, hospitality assets, entire buildings and investment properties, with discretion and confidentiality.
