As Chief Operating Officer, Brett plays a critical role in managing the day-to-day operations of The Masters Division platform. He works closely with agents, clients, attorneys, and industry partners to guide transactions from initial agreement through successful closing while maintaining the high standards of service and professionalism that define the team.

In addition to his operational leadership, Brett is a licensed real estate salesperson who works directly with buyers, sellers, and investors throughout the city’s residential market. With a mother who worked as an interior designer and a father who practiced as a real estate attorney, Brett was introduced to both the design and legal dimensions of real estate from an early age. This exposure helped shape his understanding of the industry and continues to inform his approach to transactions and client service.
