Ali Khadir is the Founder and Director of STRAND, a London-based prime real estate advisory partnered with Nest Seekers International. With 15 years in London real estate and more than £500 million in property sales, Ali represents private clients, family offices, investors and developers across prime residential property and real estate investment.
Ali has built a distinguished track record across Prime Central London, with landmark transactions that have established new pricing benchmarks within their respective markets. His career has also included representing major developers including Ballymore and Taylor Wimpey, combining an in-depth understanding of the London market with a highly commercial approach to pricing, positioning and negotiation.
His clients include royal families, ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices, entrepreneurs, celebrities, professional athletes and international investors. He has also developed longstanding relationships with private banks, wealth managers and leading legal advisers, working alongside them in representing and advising their clients on real estate.
Ali’s work spans prime residential sales and acquisitions, investment property and strategic real estate advisory. His approach extends beyond the transaction itself, advising clients on when to buy or sell, how to position an asset, where value exists and how real estate can complement their wider investment objectives.
